HK Helper ProTerms of service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the HK Helper Pro website and application. By using HK Helper Pro, you agree to these terms.
HK Helper Pro provides a matching and communication platform for employers and helpers. Formal employment arrangements are handled by a licensed employment agency (Labour Department licence 82273) or partner agencies in accordance with applicable Hong Kong law.
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and be legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
Employers purchase tokens to unlock helper profiles and features. Token prices are shown before purchase and processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Except where required by law, token purchases are non-refundable once used.
Referral bonuses are paid only after the platform verifies that the referred helper completed an employer-helper meeting or interview. Bonuses are not paid for registration alone and remain subject to platform rules.
Registration, browsing, matching, or interview requests do not guarantee employment, interview invitations, visa approval, employer approval, agency acceptance, or referral bonus payout.
You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false or misleading information, harass other users, scrape or misuse contact details, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
The HK Helper Pro name, logo, content, and software are owned by HK Helper Pro or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. You retain rights to the content you submit and grant us a licence to use it to operate the service.
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, HK Helper Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the conduct of employers, helpers, or agencies. Information on this website is for general product explanation only and is not legal, immigration, employment, tax, or financial advice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
